  • two trade representatives (as referees also at contract setup stage).

  • bank account details (for the purpose of collecting payment where Direct Debit selected).
  • If you are a sole trader or partnership we further require your date of birth and home address history for the purpose of a credit search.
How we use this information

We will only use your information when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data under the following conditions, to:
  • perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you;
  •  process and fulfil orders placed with us by you;
  •  pay us for those orders;
  •  request or receive sales promotional material; run promotional campaigns;
  •  deal with queries/concerns that have brought to our attention regarding our products or services;
  •  administrate and enable an ongoing contract with you;
  • comply with our legal or regulatory obligations and responsibilities;
