How do I place an order?

To place an order with us online, simply fill out our order form here. Our telesales team will then review your requirements and make contact ASAP to arrange payment and delivery. By Phone:
Call us to place an order with our telelsales team on 028 8166 1122 who are happy to help 5 days a week:
Monday to Thursday: 8am-5pm, Friday: 8am-2pm
Can I checkout directly from the website?
At present, all new order enquiries must be placed via our order form or by contacting us directly from our contact page here. Our telesales team will then discuss your requirements and will arrange payment/ delivery if applicable.
Where do Schimmel deliver?
We deliver our ingredients daily across the whole of Northern Ireland. However if you are based in Southern Ireland, please contact us directly as we can arrange delivery to suit your needs depending on distance and location.
Can you provide next day delivery?
Yes, to gurantee next day delivery orders must be placed by 3pm at the latest.
